We offer impeccable salon hospitality, with a full-time Housekeeper Tuesday through Saturday. We have beautiful simply designed customizable suites, private spa areas and custom design finishes throughout the salon gallery and guest lobbies. There’s filtered fresh water for your guests while they wait, complimentary washing accommodations and Wi-Fi, and monthly Member appreciation events to show you how much we love you!

You will also be listed on the Blue Lion website and directory located by the front door, if you choose.

We have spacious lobbies and restrooms with fully enclosed stalls for you and your guests.


Our Housekeeper is onsite Tuesday-Saturday to maintain the cleanliness of the common areas in the salon.

Free Washers & Dryers

We never charge for the use of the washers & dryers, just bring your own soap! Our Housekeeper will help move laundry along & fold towels if time permits in their day.

No Hidden Charges

We don't charge for electricity, water usage or any other overhead costs. Everything is included in your weekly rent.

Our Spa Suites are furnished with:

Are You Ready To Be A Business Owner?

Our experience shows that the most successful Members for a salon studio environment have:

  • Financially planned for start up costs to cover rent, supplies, insurance, decor, etc.

I'm Ready To Lease, Now What?

Leasing Process

  • Ensure you have a current Texas issued license for your services (ie. TDLR, Dept. of Health).

  • Choose the Friday you would like to move in (this should be within 30 days of placing your deposit).

  • Create an account in our portal and complete the application.

  • We then process your application and perform a background screening, generally within a couple hours.

  • Once approved, we will send you the license agreement, an ACH form and Directory & Door Sign Form for electronic signing through the portal.

  • You'll also need to apply for your Mini Salon or Mini Barber Shop license here and send your Area Manager a copy of your receipt via text or email. (You will need to reference our Salon Gallery #792958).

    • Some services do not require a Mini Salon/Barber License, please click here if you are unsure.

Move In Process

  • On or before your move in date, your Area Manager will contact you to provide a key to your studio and access card to the building.

  • Please refrain from any "construction activity" during normal business hours such as hanging pictures, using power tools, or other activities that could disturb other Member services.

  • Please note: any damage caused to the hallways or common areas during move in will be your responsibility and must be reported to BL within 24 hours.
